At NutroVite, customer trust is our priority. Since we deal with authentic U.S. supplements and health products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure both product safety and customer satisfaction. Please review the terms below before placing an order.
- Return Eligibility
- Products can only be returned if they are sealed, unused, and untampered.
- Customers must notify NutroVite within 48 hours of delivery if they wish to request a return.
- All returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must include the original invoice and packaging.
- Refund Method
- Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued as a direct payment via bank transfer or mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/returns will not be accepted if:
- The product seal is opened or broken.
- The product is used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
- The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer (not NutroVite’s error).
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Requests are made after 48 hours of delivery or items are returned after 7 days.
- Promotional or clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable.”
- Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- NutroVite does not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent).
