  1. Products & Pricing
  • All products listed are authentic U.S. imports. Prices are subject to change without notice based on supply chain, brand policy, or currency fluctuations.
  • All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise specified.
  • Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and International Cards (processed via secure third-party gateways).
  1. Order Acceptance & Delivery
  • An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. NutroVite reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at its sole discretion.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs, regulatory clearance, or international shipment delays.
  • NutroVite is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (see “Force Majeure” below).
  1. Refunds & Returns
  • Refunds or returns are only considered for sealed and unused products. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be refunded.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or services provided, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

These Terms are formulated in accordance with the “ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১” (Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021) issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh, which regulates e-commerce practices including mandatory disclosure of terms, pricing, refund, delivery, and dispute resolution.
